Why Intentionally?

Because moving forward without awareness is moving forward blind. Most people do it. For a long time.

Intentionally, is the choice of the other path — deliberate, with a clear sense of where you're going and why.

Who I am

My name is Emanuela Buccafurri. My starting point is twenty years of expatriation in demanding international environments.

Trained as an engineer at the Politecnico di Torino, PhD from INSA Lyon, I have led teams and projects in complex organisations — navigating scope changes and difficult role transitions.

I was also a Patent Examiner at the European Patent Office in The Hague, in a demanding multilingual and multicultural environment.

I work today in the energy sector, a strategically complex field by nature — which means I know from the inside what corporate life actually demands: tight agendas, political stakes, decisions that can't wait.

I don't observe this world. I still work in it.

This dual perspective — active professional and certified coach — is precisely what allows me to understand my clients without translation.

I have worked in French, English, Italian, Spanish and German: not as language skills, but as daily ways of operating.

I speak your language. I understand your world.

My approach

Every individual and every organisation has a culture. It can be a brake or a strategic lever. Few know how to use it. That's where I come in.

I work to make visible what often stays implicit: why a team makes decisions a certain way, why a manager stalls in a new context, why two merged entities struggle to understand each other.

For organisations, I work on what holds teams back from the inside: unspoken cultural dynamics, deep misalignments, frictions that cost without ever being named.

This work applies to teams. It applies also — and above all — to the person leading them.

A leader in transition rarely navigates just one dimension at a time: their objectives, their cultural references, their power dynamics, and the question of what actually makes sense for them. Sustainable coaching is the kind that works all of these together.

You bring your situation. I bring the presence, the structure and an outside perspective — from someone who knows this ground from the inside.

If this is the right moment, let's talk.
