Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) define the terms and conditions for the provision of intercultural coaching services offered by "Intentionally" to professional and/or individual clients.

2. Nature of Services
The services offered fall under the umbrella of professional coaching and consulting, individual or group, aimed at developing intercultural skills, leadership, communication, and decision-making.

3. Coach's Commitments
The coach is bound by an obligation of means, not of results.
They operate in accordance with the Code of Ethics of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

4. Client's Commitments
The client is an active participant in their own development and commits to actively engaging in the coaching process.
The success of the coaching depends on their personal and professional commitment.

5. Fees and Payment Terms
Fees are provided before any contract is signed.

Services are payable according to the terms defined in the quote or contract (payment per session, package, subscription).
Any payment delay may result in the suspension of services.

6. Liability
"Intentionally" cannot be held liable for decisions made by the client in their professional or personal life following coaching sessions.

7. Termination
Each party may terminate the contractual relationship in accordance with the terms defined in the specific contract signed by both parties.

8. Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an attempt at amicable resolution will be made before any legal action is taken.
